Individual health coaching
In individual coaching we work one-to-one in a collaborative relationship custom-designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Sessions are conducted by phone or videoconference and in 12-week phases. In our first session (no cost) we'll clarify your goals and establish a step-by-step plan for moving forward. Then I'll offer gentle guidance, support and encouragement to help you follow through on your plan.
Couples health coaching
Treat yourselves to a completely unique experience that can change both of your lives forever. Enroll in a 12-week couple's health and wellness coaching program for you and your significant other and learn how to support each other through healthful lifestyle changes. When you're on the same program, conflict eases and new, healthy ways of being and communicating will begin to show up for you. Group health coaching
Group coaching can be a very effective and economical way to get the support and encouragement you need to reach your goals. Conducted online and in groups of 8 to 12 people with similar goals, coaching groups are organized and led by me. My purpose is to keep the session moving in the right direction, to ensure everyone gets the help they need, and to offer coaching as needed. Currently there are no openings for group coaching however, if you'd like to be added to the group wait list please call or send an email.
Concierge health coaching
Much like the concept of concierge medicine, concierge health coaching is a relationship between you and I in which you pay an annual fee or retainer. This may or may not be in addition to other fees. In exchange for the retainer, I provide provide enhanced service, including a commitment to limit client loads to ensure plenty of time and access to me for you.
Game plans for healthier ways of eating and exercising
Few of us can follow through on a plan to change without outside support. However, if you're self-motivated and feel that you can implement a plan that we'll co-create together, then this might be a great option for you. We'll have an initial session where we'll make the plan and then 30 days later we'll have a check in session to review progress and decide if the plan needs any creative adjustments.
Solo and small business coaching and consulting
It's possible you found this website through an article or a podcast or a video or a website where I'm presented as a business coach. In 2017 I decided to put my business coaching in the background to focus on helping people improve their health and wellbeing. However, I still offer business coaching on a very limited basis, though by referral and word-of-mouth only. Here are some testimonials from business owners who have coached and consulted with me.
